The Commissioner PR&RD, proposes to appoint “OMBUDSPERSON” for redressal of grievances and disposal of complaints relating to the implementation of MGNREGS in the (32) rural Districts of Telangana.

2. Applications are invited from the persons of eminent standing and impeccable integrity below 62 years of age as on 1st January, 2021 with atleast 10 years of experience in Public Administration, Law, Academics, Social Work or Management.

3. Experience in working with people or community organization shall be a mandatory qualification for appointment to the post of Ombudsperson.

4. There shall be one Ombudsperson appointed for each rural district in the State @ 1 per each district (except Hyderabad District).

5. An Ombudsperson shall be entitled to a monthly honorarium of Rs 33,000/-.

6. The role and responsibilities and other terms and conditions shall be as per the guidelines of the Government.

7. The Application may be sent in prescribed proforma through Registered Post to the Commissioner, PR&RD, DWCRA Building, Lower Tank bund, Gandhinagar, Hyderabad-500080 or through email ombudsman.telangana@gmail.com.

8. The applications shall reach this office on or before 30th January, 2021.

9. The applications received after the last date i.e, 30th January, 2021 will not be entertained.(Extended)
