Applications are invited in the prescribed format from the eligible candidates for the following posts on CONTRACT BASIS in Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa. Filled-in applications, along with Registration fee of Rs. 500/‐ (Rupees Five hundred only) paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft Drawn in favour of the Registrar, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa payable at State Bank of India, YVU Branch, Kadapa should reach the undersigned on or before 12.02.2021 by 05:00 p.m.

Medical Officers

MBBS Degree from Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India. Candidate must be registered in A.P. Medical Council. 53,495/-

2 Staff Nurse (Male / Female)

General Nursing & Midwifery Course (or) B.Sc. (N) from the Institution established under Nursing Council of India Rules. Must be registered in the A.P. Nursing Council. 22,500/-

3 Lab Technician

A) SSC with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology recognized by the Govt. of A.P. (or) B) 2 years Intermediate vocational course in DMLT and have one year clinical training in selected Govt. Hospitals (in which these students have been permitted to undergo clinical training) (or) (completed one year Apprenticeship training in identified hospitals and awarded “Apprenticeship Completion certificate by the Board of Apprenticeship Training, GOI, Southern Region, Chennai). (or) C) B.Sc., in Medical Lab Technology (or) D) B.Sc., with B.Z.C in first class / B.Sc., (Life Science) in first class with P.G. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology issued by the NIMS, Hyderabad / SVIMS, Tirupathi. Must be registered with A.P. Para Medical Board. 19,019/-

4 Pharmacist

A) Diploma in pharmacy and three years experience in recognized institutions or B) B. Pharm with one year experience in recognized institutions Must be registered in the Pharma Council of India.

AGE:

No person shall be eligible if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age as on 01-07-2020 as per G.O.Ms.No.132 GA (Ser-A) Dept, dtd 15-10-2018. Candidates should not be born earlier than 02-07-1978 and not later than 01-07-2020. Note: Maximum age limit mentioned above is subject to issue of orders from the Government. Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as detailed below:- i) For S.C. S.T & B.Cs 5 (Five years). ii) iii) For ex-service Men 3 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces. For Physically Challenged persons 10 (Ten) years.

4. HOW TO APPLY :

iv) Candidates should submit their Applications along with all relevant enclosures through Registered post. v) Last date for submission of application is 12-02-2021 at 5.00 P.M.

5. ENCLOSURES:

Attested copies of the following certificates to be submitted with the application: a. SSC or equivalent certificate (for Date of Birth) b. Intermediate or equivalent certificate c. Marks list of General/Technical qualification certificates obtained in qualifying examination (MBBS,PG Degree/Diploma in concerned Specialty/BDS/BPT/ GNM / BSc (Nursing) DMLT / B.Sc (MLT ) / PG.D in MLT and Post Graduation and Graduation Certificates as mentioned in the eligibility) d. Certificate of Registration in A.P. Medical Council/Para Medical Board/AP Nursing and Midwives council / Pharmacy Council of India for the candidates applied for the relevant posts. (Registration must be done as on date of Recruitment Notification) e. Study Certificates from class IV to X from the school where the candidate studied. If SSC or its equivalent done by private study, without attending any school, residence certificate from MRO for previous 7 years. (in prescribed proforma). In the absence of the above certificate the candidate will be considered as non- local. f. Experience Certificate should be enclosed for the applicable posts. g. PH Certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota. h. Relevant Certificate in respect of candidates claiming Ex-Service man Quota. i. Application Process Fee paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft Drawn in favour of the Registrar, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa payable at State Bank of India, YVU Branch, Kadapa (IFSC Code: SBIN0010109).should be enclosed. j. Copy of the latest Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC (with categorization if any) issued by MRO concerned.
