AP SPECIAL RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited from the eligible aspirants by 22.01.2021 up to 5.00 PM in the proforma annexed herewith for appointment of the following posts under the purview of other than District Selection Committee. 2. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Multi Purpose Health Assistant (Female)

A) Must have passed SSC or equivalent examination/Intermediate pass with any group. B) Must have passed either 18/24 months MPHA (F) course conducted in the state (recognized by AP Nursing & Midwives Council) OR Two year Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) course and have completed one year Clinical Training in Selected Government Hospitals in which Intermediate (Vocational MPHWV(F) students are permitted to undergo Clinical Training. Or completed one year Apprenticeship Completion Certificate by the Board of Apprenticeship training GoI Southern Region, Chennai. C) Must be registered in AP Auxiliary Nurse and Midwifery and Health Visitors Council. D) Must be registered in AP Para Medical Board in respect of candidates who have passed Intermediate Vocational Multi Purpose Health Workers (F) Course. E) Must have Physical fitness for camp file.

Lab Technician Grade.II

A) SSC with Diploma in Medical Lab Technology recognized by the Govt.of A.P. (or) B) 2 years Intermediate vocational course in DMLT and have one year clinical training in selected Govt. Hospitals (in which these students have ben permitted to undergo clinical training) (or) (completed one year Apprenticeship training in identified hospitals and awarded “Apprenticeship Completion certificate by the Board of Apprenticeship Training, GoI, Southern Region, Chennai). (or) C) B.Sc., Medial Lab Technology (or) D) B.Sc., with B.Z.C.in first class/B.Sc. (Life Science) in first class with P.G. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology issued by the NIMS, Hyderabad/SVIMS, Tirupati The candidates should compulsorily registered with A.P. Para Medical Board.

Lab Attendant

Must have passed SSC & ITI in any Trade 004 Office Subordinate i) Must have passed VII Class examination ii) Must be able to ride a Bicycle.

Technical Subordinate

Must have passed VII Class examination

Dhobi

Must be able to read and write in Telugu language 007 Sweeper Must be able to read and write in Telugu language

Drain Cleaner

Must be able to read and write in Telugu language

Public Health Worker

Must be able to read and write in Telugu language

Watchman

i) Must have passed V Class or its equivalent examination. ii) Must be an ex-Serviceman or must have been trained in Civil Defence or as a Home Guard. iii) Must be able to ride a Bicycle.

Cook

Must be able to read and write in Telugu language and experience for one year in cooking.

AGE:

For Post Codes 001 to 011: The applicant should have completed eighteen (18) years of age and should not have completed 52 years of age as on 01.07.2021 including ten (10) years age relaxation for differently abled.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

i) One Passport size Photo

ii) Copy of Date of Birth Certificate or age proof certificate i.e. SSC Marks Memorandum of the applicant.

iii) Copy of requisite educational qualification. iv) Copy of requisite technical qualification. v) Copy of Disability Certificate

vi) Copies of study certificates (from Class IV to Class

X). If not produced the candidate shall be treated as Non-local.

vii) In respect of candidates those who have not studied in any educational institutions, such candidates should produce Local Status Certificate (included in application) issued by the Tahsildar concerned.

viii) Copy of Employment Registration Card.

ix) One self addressed stamped envelope cover with correct postal address to reach the communications to the applicant. The Committee is not responsible in case of postal delay or not reached.
