JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applications are invited for an energetic and passionate person who can handle sales &effectively manage trade channels (Super-stockist /Distributors/General Trade/Modern Trade/B2B), meet the sales/ revenue targets as per defined plans & business policies of the organization. He/she should also be able to nurture his/her team and enable them to achieve their individual targets. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) needs to ensure profitable growth in sales/ revenue through logical planning, execution and team management. The RSM should be a multi-tasker with the ability to handle/manage various sales &marketing projects simultaneously. Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for AP/ Telangana/Maharashtra. He/she should also be able to spearhead BTL/store promotion activities across his/her region.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Graduation is a must  Full time 2-year MBA from a reputed college with over10-15 years of techno-functional experience will be preferred.

SALARY:

Salary as per industry standards  The person will be working closely with Business Head, Consumer Retail, AP MARKFED and will be involved in various aspects of the business and strategy from the initial stages.
