As an LPO life planning officer need to meet 324 customers to create awareness about life insurance in first six months. she needs to provide insurance coverage to one family that is to one person every month after 6 months she needs to provide coverage 2 families in a month that is two persons every month.

First six months 10000 per month after 6 months 12500 per month.if take promotion after one year their salary would increase as per designation.

Incentives:

For meeting 324 customers daily e monthly they would get 2000 rupees as incentive,for each policy they sell they would get 20000 Rupees as incentive for doing the policy in first 15 days of month,they would get 800 rupees as incentive for given policy surveys to the customers they would be given variable incentive for different services like updating phone numbers of customers, address change of customer,updating the bank details of the customer.Every incentive is paid along with the salary and the last working day of the month.
